it was fairly clean, breakfast was absolutely fantastic. all the staff were very very helpful and incredibly welcoming giving some tips about the city. this accommodation had a central setting in the centre of casablanca. stayed here before and will choose the place for future trips.

Great place to stay while in Casablanca. All in all good value. Relaxing experience and courteous staff. A decent size and well-appointed rooms with a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and TV, extremely comfy beds. Decent central location, just next door to the top restaurants and shops in Casablanca, and nightlife. Besides, easy to get to Park Yasmina From Games.

Location: the hotel was near to city center and public transport and a nice business area and a tram station. It also was to casa port near the marina. The breakfast offered good choice of options and was incredible: D

Perfect and good location in Casablanca, short walk to a nice business area and a tram station. Also, near tramway station;))

The location is particularly good and unbeatable, not very far from Sacre Coeur Cathedral. It is found in a good area short walk to the public areas, casa port near the marina, and main centre.

There were a private safe, air conditioner, and a mini bar in the room, really enjoyed that. The location was good next to a tram station and the atmosphere was quiet. Besides, it was near to the centre of Casablanca, business area and the top restaurants and shops in Casablanca...

It was good value among other available hotels in Casablanca. I greatly enjoyed this low budget hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. The staff were nice, the room was decent size with free internet access as well as Wi Fi.

The hotel had poor customer service and showed no willingness to help. There were issues with payment and additional charges.

It was safe and the room decor was ok. The receptionist eventually agreed to let me use the gym without being charged and was great in providing a bottle of water. He was v pleasant and professional and hope they will either put on the website that their facilities are 150 dms extra or remove them from the description

The hotel is beside a noisy road where people lean on their horns. The wifi eventually worked in reception but not in my room and the lead Internet option never worked and after a half hour wait for someone to sort it I returned to reception but had a vague promise that someone wd eventually come. So I gave up. The gym is an extra 150 dms which wasn't advertised on line. The lift smells of damp. The breakfast buffet was v basic; bread, cheese, meat and yoghurt and about half an hour after I had eaten I went to get a coffee to discover eggs, pancakes, cakes etc had then appeared. It wd have been nice to know that they weren't ready and that actually 8/830 is really the time when breakfast is served. It didn't matter but just b nice. I get the feeling this hotel is being run down or just that there is no one who cares enough about the customers. Having spent a month in morocco this was the only hotel I considered leaving but the lack of Internet made it difficult to look for other options !

The hotel had a problem with our room when we arrived, rather late in the evening, but they immediately upgraded us to a very spacious suite.

Great location close to public transportation. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff, especially Nada, was helpful and friendly. I'll recommend this hotel.

We were offered an excellent service. It was not far from cafe's and other eating joints, unbeatable location overall.

I had a great experience staying at Best Western Plus. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and the Hassan II mosque. The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided early check-in after my overnight flight, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast, while not outstanding, was sufficient. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers.
